The wild ferment gives complexity and individuality to this wine.
The small amount of oak contributes to structure without masking fruit aromas. Whilst the acid helps to lengthen the palate.

The aroma of this wine shows peaches and cream, subtle spice and marmalade. The palate has texture and a lovely limey acid finish.
